  I was served by the amazing Stevie (sorry if I have their name slightly wrong) I couldn’t quite catch it. They tested a Wii and some games that went with it. Stevie was really helpful, kind and friendly. Thank you ever so much for a lovely experience :-)

  I've been going to store recently to help get rid of some older games. I just want to applaud the diversity of the staff in store considering ever since moving to Salisbury I have experienced so much queerphobic verbal abuse. Today I believe I was served by the most kind person who I believe was a trans man and they were so kind

  Today I visited CeX in Salisbury and had an amazing experience. I was trading in my Xbox console along with some games and accessories in exchange for a Switch 2, and the members of the team were exceptionally pleasant to deal with. We came up with a plan and I left everything with them while I did some other shopping so it could be tested. Unfortunately, things didn’t go smoothly at that point. However, what impressed me most was how the team went above and beyond to help me come up with a new plan. They explained how I could maximise the value of my trade-ins so that I could still get the Switch I wanted. In the end, we even managed to make it work so that I could get a boxed Switch 2 with a screen protector, which I was honestly stunned I could afford using almost nothing but trade-ins after the earlier hiccups. I left the store feeling very happy despite everything which speaks volumes about how amazing the Salisbury team is. I absolutely recommend them and will definitely be going back.

  I purchased a xbox one console from cex on Tuesday 30th December the controller they gave with console the left analog stick broke on Thursday night I took it back this morning with the receipt and they refused to fix or replace they said they don't replace physical damage so refused so they don't keep to there warranty atall so be careful purchasing from Salisbury store the manager was rude and not helpful atall the female that was there was the one who served me aswell Tuesday night so I won't be shopping there again I'm just gonna have to spend more money on brand new where they will keep to the warranty I experienced bad customer service today I'm surprised at them to be honest.
