  This CEX sucks used, wet towels man. The staff dont seem to care about buying and selling unusable copies of games as per their company policy, I personally think they should take initiative to not waste peoples time and money by thoroughly checking the second hand games they hold, I have brought the same copy of fallout 3 four times from this location and they’ve all been banged up, along with several other games I didn’t care enough to go back and return due to the low price, genuinely shabby work for a second hand tech provider.

  Absolutely awful experience at CEX. We went in specifically for Pokémon Arceus, and a staff member told us they had one copy left and even said he would keep it behind the till for us while we quickly sorted out parking. We made it very clear we’d only be a few minutes. We were gone for no more than five minutes, came back ready to pay, and he had already sold it. No apology, no accountability—just complete disregard for what he had promised. If you can’t hold an item for a few minutes, don’t say you will. To make things worse, the staff came across as completely uninterested and unhelpful. There was a group of them just standing around talking while we were trying to find alternatives, and no one made any effort to assist. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s not just about the game—it’s the lack of basic customer service and reliability. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Terrible place to go . I went in to get an iPhone 13 Pro 256GB. And the person who works there gave me an iPhone 13 Pro with 128GB!!! AND I PAID £360 FOR THAT . SCAMMERS

  Avoid at all costs! Bought fc24 for £28 and went to return it cuz i don’t know what they did with it. The Playstation i bought from there is always dodgy because the disc comes out. When i went to return FC24 i only got £15 back and when i bought FIFA20 it said it cant start application AVOID AT ALL COST PLS.
