  After just two sessions I feel I have arrived at a much better place than when I started with Charlotte. My issues were a mixture of berevment, self identity and intense relationships. So far Charlotte has began to untangle these issues and make more sense of them all. I will be carrying on with our sessions plus practicing several mindfulness techniques Charlotte has laid out for me as part of my journey. I have found Charlotte to be approachable putting one self at ease very quickly and extremely detailed in her communications. I would recommend Charlotte without hesitation.

  Charlotte came to our office and did a group session. She gave an overview of the benefits of hypnotherapy, how it works and how it can be applied. Then she gave a demo which was kind of in the form of a guided meditation. The demo was really effective. I think everyone in the room benefitted from just that small session. Charlotte really knows her stuff and I felt very much in safe hands. Would strongly recommend.

  I trained with Charlotte and frequently paired up with Charlotte to develop and practice our skills in hypnotherapy. I whole heartedly recommend Charlotte , she has a lovely way about her, makes you feel very safe and has a very gentle ,compassionate , confident and down to earth approach, which puts you at ease immediately. She is a highly skilled hypnotherapist , very bright, and quite unique in her approach. I particularly like her fresh and creative ideas. She has a very positive and containing presence about her. I thoroughly recommend 💕
