I was trading in my Xbox console along with some games and accessories in exchange for a Switch 2, and the members of the team were exceptionally pleasant to deal with. We came up with a plan and I left everything with them while I did some other shopping so it could be tested. Unfortunately, things didn’t go smoothly at that point. However, what impressed me most was how the team went above and beyond to help me come up with a new plan. They explained how I could maximise the value of my trade-ins so that I could still get the Switch I wanted. In the end, we even managed to make it work so that I could get a boxed Switch 2 with a screen protector, which I was honestly stunned I could afford using almost nothing but trade-ins after the earlier hiccups. I left the store feeling very happy despite everything which speaks volumes about how amazing the Salisbury team is. I absolutely recommend them and will definitely be going back.
