  Took a bag of about 35 DVDs in to trade in, was told they only take maximum 10 of them. Ended up taking them home and trading them all in together at another branch that doesnt have that same silly rules.

  Every time I've gone into this place to sell an item, usually an iPhone, iPad or Apple watch, which are in absolute mint condition because I take incredibly good care of them, they have always defaulted to B condition. They try to point out apparent scratches which are absolutely not there. I have checked my items with close up photos and in broad daylight. Completely perfect. Years back I used to get 'A' condition prices without question and was complimented on the excellent condition I keep my items in. Those days are long gone.

  Took goods in yesterday and told that I would receive my money within a few hours but still waiting the next day! You can't ring anyone and their chat takes ages to come back and still no money! Basically this is theft as they have my goods and still not paid my money! Awful service and when in store kept getting my details wrong! Nobody is helping. Don't know if it's just the Chippenham store or all across the country. Chippenham you should be ashamed of yourselves! Give me my money! Take your goods elsewhere or you will get scammed too!
