  Thanks guys, Lads were great, arrived on time, polite and friendly. Helped me move a few bits out the way and then completed the work perfectly. Reinstated everything like I asked and tidied up after themselves.

  Absolutely brilliant service from Direct Moling & Watermains. Professional, reliable and knowledgeable from start to finish. They carried out a water main replacement using moling, which meant very little digging and hardly any disruption to the property. Everything was explained clearly beforehand and the work was completed to a really high standard, leaving the area clean and tidy afterwards. I’d highly recommend Direct Moling & Watermains for water main replacements, lead pipe replacements, underground moling, water leaks, leak repairs and new water supply pipes. If you’re looking for a reliable water mains and moling specialist in Warrington, Wigan, Manchester or the North West, these are definitely the guys to use. Great communication, fair price and excellent workmanship. Would 100% use them again.

  We had a really positive experience with Marcos for our water pipe replacement. Before finding him, we'd called around for quotes but weren't hearing back from anyone, which was starting to feel like no one wanted to take the job on. I sent an online enquiry to Marcos and he responded within the hour, then came out to quote the job that same day. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the whole process and gave us a few different quotes based on the options we'd discussed. We never felt rushed and Marcos took the time to answer all our questions properly. We were working to a bit of a deadline, hoping to get the job done within a few weeks, so we were over the moon when Marcos was able to come out the following week to complete it, and even more impressed that he fit us in despite it being a bank holiday. He confirmed the job and arrival time the day before, turned up as promised, and got everything done. Job complete, and we're very happy with the result. All the information United Utilities need has been passed on so they can carry out their part. Highly recommend Marcos. Great communication, prompt, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout.

  Have used Marco twice now on a call out to him ..in regards to a mains water pipe leak / replacement in Wigan ..my old lead victorian pipes had sprung leaks in them . He always got to me as soon as was possible...he did a great job was always nice and polite and his price was reasonable too ..would not hesitate in using him again ...great reliable lad and service..also his mate that came and replaced my old Victorian pot waste pipe and grid that was also leaking 💯👍 was a good lad

  I honestly can’t thank Direct Moling enough for all their help. I had a leak that needed sorting, and they guided me through the whole lead replacement process from start to finish. I now have a brand-new water supply, and it’s such a relief knowing everything has been properly replaced. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, kind and genuinely lovely. They took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and made what could have been a really stressful experience so much easier. I’m really grateful for the way they looked after me and would absolutely recommend Direct Moling to anyone. Fantastic service from a lovely team. Thank you so much!
