  I would like to give the highest praise and recommendation to Veera and Jenny from Richmond House Dental Practice. I struggle with childhood dentist-related trauma, which was the reason I hadn’t seen a dental practice in a very, very long time, probably more than 15 years. As you can imagine, that caused a lot of plaque, tartar and stain build-up, as well as gum problems, which I’m honestly not proud of. After explaining the reasons to these 2 amazing women, I was allowed to have my sister with me for mental support, and I honestly can’t put into words how compassionate, understanding and gentle they were with me in such a stressful moment. They never rushed anything, took their time to make it as painless as possible, and gave me plenty of time to calm down and take a breather whenever they noticed me tensing up. They even allowed me to have the treatment done with a 1-hour break, doing the bottom and top teeth separately so everything could be done properly and without rushing it all in one visit, as the build-up was just that bad. Every time they noticed I was starting to feel pain or becoming breathless, they immediately stopped and asked if I was okay before continuing, without forcing anything. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for such wonderful treatment and care. They made my trauma and anxiety so much more bearable and made me feel far less ashamed than I expected to feel.   Veera and jenny,the A team,friendly, professional, thorough, but so gentle, would highly recommend, if you need a professional clean and a pleasant experience, veera and Jenny,are the A team you need for the job 😀

  Lovely team madessa and ladies and highly recommend as a person that finds going to the dentist a nervous wreck i have to say they always put me at ease and veera and jenny you two are fabulous the environment you set each time i come. I highly suggest ask for the rave session it does the trick and you dont even feel like youve come for the dentist it really works thanks kay

  Greg and his team are at the top of their game. Their friendliness, professionalism and customer care are second to none. Over the years I have experienced several different dentists and I can honestly say that Richmond House are by far the best. (And I used to be a very nervous customer) Keep up the great work 👏👏👏

  I hadn't been to the dentist for several years and decided to bite the bullet and go. Was told on my first visit I needed a tooth out, it was removed the next day without much pain. I then saw the hygienist Jeanette and Jenny who were brilliant, very patient with me and didn't feel much pain. Would definitely recommend the whole team.
