  I went in looking for a replacement phone. No intention of buying. The young lady there was brilliant. She was really helpful. I'm an Amazon shopper because I think stores are bad. These guys are not bad so I brought from there.

  I don't tend to leave reviews but the moody moo behind the counter needs to seriously realise customers don't need that kind of rudeness. I was only buying a game. I stood waiting while there was staff all buzzing around. A few minutes later she looked at me, carried on faffing near the testing area, looked up again and was like "Oh you waiting to be served?" With a grimace on her face like I was being a bother. She kinda grumbled under her breathe, I nearly told her to stuff the game up her bum! Like I don't know what has upset you my lovely but seriously slap a smile on it will ya!!! It wasn't like I was asking a lot just to hand you my money for a product. Usually it's more friendly in there.

  I had an issue with router which I bought online. The gentleman checked it gave me a 30 min window. When I arrived I was told it can't be fixed and he gave me the refund without a hassel. Good place

  I had the worst experience of my life tonight. I went to buy a PS3 for my son, and the staff member asked me rude questions. He told me to remove my cap and said I couldn’t touch the controller or the PS3. I don’t understand how you can treat a customer like this, especially for something costing £70. The staff were very unprofessional and need to learn how to deal with customers. I felt very bad and humiliated by the way I was spoken to. I became so upset that I decided to leave and not buy anything. I do not recommend this store at all. It was a terrible experi
