  Okay I literally brought some ram to upgrade my laptop and they helped me install it same day, they were so nice when I did the trade-in and also I knew how to install it but my fingers were a little weak. But thanks to the staff that worked here today

  they break your stuff and then lie about it. i took some perfectly fine ram chips in for test, fine. few days later i took the same chips in and they said they were faulty with a burning smell. now they dont work. they are either lying or incompetent. DO NOT TRUST CEX WITH SENSITIVE ELECTRONICS

  I visited the CEX Coventry store to exchange an online order that had arrived in the wrong colour (it wasn’t originally from this store), and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely keen to sort the issue out. The manager was especially amazing and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved smoothly. Excellent customer service. Thank You
