If you are not happy to take disks or machines with scratches.why are you happy to sell them also touching someone's disc underneath when selling it so you have your fingerprints all over it not a really good experience

Possibly the strangest experience I’ve ever had in a shop and the most appalling customer service. Waiting in the queue to be served, only for the person in charge (blue hair, woman, was micromanaging the other two staff members) to shout that nobody would be served for at least 10 minutes because they had “lots of orders to work through”.
The man working seemed quite happy to jump on and serve, and said multiple times he could serve some of us, to which the micromanager replied “no. you need to go phone a customer” so off he went to phone his customer, he came back and very easily could’ve served some of us that were still waiting, and he did seem willing to do so. At this point she told him to go on a break. Not serve anyone. Go on a break. Why? I understand we all need breaks but pick your moments. She was literally standing there checking DVDS - which I understand is something that needs done - but it would have taken her 5 minutes tops to get the queue down and then continue with her work. The other girl on shift was told to stand there, and to label items, instead of serving anyone on a till. So bizarre. I think the woman in charge was absolutely on some sort of power trip. Any customer that came in she scoffed and rolled her eyes. Honestly no other word for her but a weird, weird, weird person. Around 25 minutes later I am finally served, and ask for a monitor that is sitting quite high on a shelf which is locked. The girl went to get this for me, and had a box full of keys, which had not been labelled properly, and so what should’ve only taken 2 minutes, ended up being 10 minutes of her trying every single key until she found the right one. Absolute shambles of a shop. For my first visit to one of these stores I am not impressed at all. I wasn’t expecting much but wow, that was horrendous!
