  Ian repaired the lock on my front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. It’s the first time I have used him, he was friendly and professional on the phone, turned up exactly when he said he would, and had the door repaired within an hour. He’s an honest, reliable, and genuinely friendly guy who clearly knows what he’s doing. The whole process was quick and hassle-free.   Ian was great, would definitely recommend him for anyone needing services in Tilehurst. Arranging for him to come was easy, clear and professional. He called 10mins before his arrival, which was very helpful. He explained what he was going to do before he did anything and also pointed out other things which needed doing without being pushy, which we appreciated.
