I’ve recently completed my journey with this nutritionist and I can honestly say it has been a very positive experience. She has always been kind, welcoming and never judgmental, which immediately made me feel at ease.
She really understood my situation, especially during a difficult period after a recent relocation, and supported me in a very calm and reassuring way. I also really appreciated how clearly she explains everything, helping me understand what to include in my diet and what to avoid.
Even with English not being my first language, I always felt comfortable and understood during our sessions.
Overall, I’m grateful for her guidance and gentle approach, and I would definitely recommend her.

I really enjoyed working with Juliet. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to understand my goals. She helped me build balanced, realistic meal plans that fit easily into my daily routine. Her advice was always clear and practical, never overwhelming. I’ve already noticed a positive difference and would definitely recommend her!

I completed Juliet's 'Midlife Reboot Programme' which covered so many useful topics. The well-researched information provided by Juliet was easy to read and very relevant. It has helped me to embed healthy changes to my eating habits and lifestyle. I'd definitely recommend the programme and Juliet's advice.

Juliet is a fantastic nutritionist, very up to date with current food trends and offers lots of different nutritional programmes to suit you.
After years of struggling with my weight and being overwhelmed with all the social media content about what and when you should eat, I decided a nutritionist would be the best way forward, and Juliet was just the person I was looking for!
We booked in for a chat, and I decided to follow Juliet’s Deluxe programme and it’s been transformational, not only for me, but for my household too. My plate is now full of colours of the rainbow, I eat when I feel hungry, and I am eating 30 different plants each week too.
Juliet has been so supportive and friendly throughout this programme, it’s not a diet, it’s a healthy way of living and I have enjoyed every meal, addition and swaps along the way. I wish I had met Juliet years ago instead of going to futile diet clubs.
