  I brought an iPhone 13 from cex in Coventry 2 years ago and it was perfect never had a problem until recently my microphone on it had gone muffled so I went to cex in rugby and just asked them if they could give it a clean just to see if that was the problem and they did and then they explained if that didn’t resolve it to go back and they can swap the phone as it was still under warranty Anyway went in today and they were so helpful and so patient with me and the phone and the manager I think he was anyway he was so helpful and so willing to help when I was struggling to find my recipe for the phone couldn’t have been any more thankful for them and love their 5 year free warranty on their phones saved my life 😂

  great experience I took in an iPhone and some switch games, I usually wait but instead they did a bank transfer great staff and service and within about an hour and a half the cash was in my bank couldn't be happier

  Absolutely shocking service from ceX in rugby. Traded in my Samsung galaxy s25 ultra on Friday in Coventry over the 5 days I had it it started to develop issue with the screen playing up. As I was in my 30 day period I decided to take it back as it wasn’t on and for the price I paid I don’t expect to be sold a faulty phone. Anyway went down this morning to see if I can get a refund or replacement phone, the guy behind the till said he’d have to test it to make sure it actually faulty. I had recorded the fault on my iPad and showed them proof of this fault with the screen playing up and lagging. After an hour of him testing it he said it’s not faulty but I can still get a voucher for a new phone and they can put it to unwanted item. please tell me how it’s not faulty with video proof, Just because it didn’t show up after an hour of testing compared to 5 days of use 😂 their testing to a full 5 days is completely different. I also paid an extra £10 for a liquid self healing screen protector for the old iPhone I asked if I can get another as the phone playing up wasn’t my fault. They declined as I’m giving it back as unwanted!!!! NO the phone is faulty be careful when buying phones from these guys clearly no care for customers what so ever . Absolutely shocking phone will no doubt be up for sale in the next few days as working fine 😂 if I could I’d post the video of the phone but won’t let me.
