- DMDiwakar Dixit Chitradurga Sreenivasa MurthySep 22, 20262.0Visited the Rugby store to buy an HP laptop showing as in stock. Staff claimed they didn't have it without checking properly, and I had to find it on the display myself. After testing it and dealing with a gift card issue, I paid by card with a different staff member. I was only given a paper receipt and was told an email copy couldn't be sent after billing. When I politely suggested that staff could remind customers to choose an email receipt at checkout, I was told they are "not obliged to" ask. Very poor staff attitude and minimal effort to help customers.
