  I usually don't leave reviews, but the level of ignorance and lack of professionalism at the Three store in Nuneaton forced me to share this experience. ​As a loyal customer of over a decade, I went to the Nuneaton branch for a simple task: transferring an e-SIM to a new phone. I was assisted by a trainee who genuinely wanted to help, but he received zero support or mentoring from the two senior consultants present, who stood by ignoring both me and their own employee. ​After a few minutes, I was told nothing could be done due to "software issues" and that I had to wait a week—a major problem since I was traveling abroad and desperately needed my data. They refused to call customer service or even try to find a solution, completely brushing me off. ​I called to customer service but they couldn't help me remotely. Ultimately I drove to the Three store in Coventry. The difference was night and day. The branch manager in Coventry professionally investigated and discovered the root cause: the trainee in Nuneaton had mistakenly generated a physical SIM instead of an e-SIM, completely messing up my account. Because of this, my old account couldn't be restored, and I had to cancel it and open a brand-new contract just to get connected before my trip. ​If not for the Coventry team, I would have been left stranded by the Nuneaton staff, who lied about system errors rather than admitting a mistake or trying to help. ​As a business owner myself, I believe in taking responsibility and stepping up for clients. Honestly, I'm even thinking about hiring that young trainee from Nuneaton myself—he actually wanted to help and has a great attitude, but he'll never learn or grow working under that kind of management. The Nuneaton store does the exact opposite. Skip Nuneaton and go straight to Coventry if you actually need help.

  I had upgraded router on line but they sent me home broadband instead of mobile broadband I went into shop in Nuneaton and they sorted it out for me .if I need to upgrade in 2 years time .I will definitely do it in store instead of doing it on 3 network website

  Had a problem with my phone,my fault,but went into Nuneaton branch and Ishy in store helped greatly. His experience and and his customer service was fantastic.10/10
