- A8Ash 85today1.0DO NOT USE THIS STORE This store gave me counterfeit £20 notes. I left the shop and headed to HSBC bank to deposit the cash, the machine flagged them as counterfeit notes. The banking staff showed me the notes, and now I am out of pocket. The police have been notified with the help of the bank. This shop needs to be shut down, and I will report it to Trading Standards.

A list of things they have rejected items for…. 1) ps5 game not made in uk despite working fine on uk PlayStations 2) ps5 controller missing a label 3) smart watch not connecting to there phone even though it connects to mine 4) one of the ps5s buttons ‘twists’ again works fine Better off going to cash converters!!!

- CCcurlygirl778Aug 6, 20265.0Went to Nueaton store today for refurbished iphone for my grandson ,the lady who served us and helped us with the new phone was just brilliant, friendly very informative. We had to take phone back couple hours later as had a slight problem. She was just amazing she got us the same phone from another branch which we went and collected and it was ready and waiting for us ,again great service quick, polite, and easy. I just wanted to say thanks to both branches especially Nueaton for the help, service, and fpr just sorting it out. I would highly recommend them.
