  I can’t recommend Ashmore surveyors enough. We used them when purchasing our first home and their report helped us to convince the seller to replace the roof. They provided me with a discount for my second purchase and their report helped me to get a £5k reduction from the original offer price. Both reports were extremely detailed and each time they took the time to talk me through the issues and work involved in repairs. They are the most genuine and friendly team and I will always use them when buying a home.

  I contacted Ashmores over Christmas expecting to get an answerphone message to call back in the New Year. Mike answered and explained he has the calls diverted as he doesn't want to leave people waiting. Amazing service, Mike visited immediately and put my worries about my old house at ease. If I ever need a surveyor in the future I will contact Ashmore. Thank you 😊

  Excellent service from Mike. Due to his prompt, professional and courteous advice, he prevented our house purchase from falling through after assessing and resolving a potential concern flagged in a survey from a separate company.   I can't thank Mike enough for his support recently. I've been extremely anxious regarding issues of a potential purchase.   Huge thanks to Mike at Ashmore Surveyors - Highly professional, friendly service received. Comprehensive report carried out quickly even though property access was hindered by unsocialable and limited time slots. All contact with Mike and Samantha in the office were responded to without any delay. A FIRST CLASS SERVICE which I have no hesitation in highly recommending.
