  My daughter received home to school transport through Victoria taxis and I cannot praise them enough. Her driver (Mr Saf) was very kind, approachable and flexible, especially in her last school year and through her GCSE’s when arrangements changed at times. When we had cancelled him and then had to ask if he could in fact transport her this was not a problem at all. He also always checked if my daughter was not at the taxi for her return journey and I had forgotten to cancel and would always respond to messages at his earliest opportunity. Top class service! I was always kept informed if the driver had to change and details sent to reassure my child. Overall I cannot praise the company enough and thank them for making our life so much easier.

  I needed a wheelchair taxi and Victoria travel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The taxi was spotless and was rear loading with electronic winch - perfect. The drivers Tom and Jag were punctual, friendly, thorough and took great care. Special Thanks to Hussan for sorting us just what we needed at short notice. Will definitely be using Victoria Travel again!

  We are very happy with the service. The driver was kind, friendly, and made my son feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey. He even became a friend to my son, which made travelling much easier for him. The company has been reliable and professional, and we truly appreciate the care they have shown. We sincerely hope we can have the same driver again in the future. It would mean a lot to us, as he has built such a lovely bond with us. Thank you for providing such an excellent and safe service!

  Amazing company, they escort my son too and from school for the past year. they are on time and have a positive impact on him. He looks forward to having chats with his driver in the mornings and afternoons. Whats lovely is when he comes home and tells me how his driver sometimes gives him the best advice when he's not coping or had a bad day. Thank you, its much appreciated. I would highly recommend
