  Victoria Travel have provided transport for my SEND son to attend school. I am so grateful to the whole team for their support. The office team are so lovely and their communication fantastic. The driver and chaperone have been just so lovely, caring, understanding and patient and I really feel that my son is in safe hands with them.

  I cannot praise Victoria Travel and our driver (Abdul) high enough. Service was excellent - they came to our rescue when we had to leave our car tonight due to engine issues. Abdul drive us 140 miles home and looked after us all the way. First class service when we needed it the most. Thanks.

  We have recently started using Victoria travels wheelchair accessible taxis, for my disabled husband. We have nothing but praise for the drivers, who have been friendly, experienced and very helpful. Always on time, good value. I have been recommending this company to everyone! It’s opened a whole new experience for us, enabling us to meet up with friends, go out for meals, etc . For the first time in a long while. Thank you, Victoria Travel!

  My daughter received home to school transport through Victoria taxis and I cannot praise them enough. Her driver (Mr Saf) was very kind, approachable and flexible, especially in her last school year and through her GCSE’s when arrangements changed at times. When we had cancelled him and then had to ask if he could in fact transport her this was not a problem at all. He also always checked if my daughter was not at the taxi for her return journey and I had forgotten to cancel and would always respond to messages at his earliest opportunity. Top class service! I was always kept informed if the driver had to change and details sent to reassure my child. Overall I cannot praise the company enough and thank them for making our life so much easier.
