  Great work from the bodyshop team; fast on the spot quote (at competative prices), booking easy, did the job exactly as explained and the result looks like brand new. Would definitely recommend for bodywork, thanks guys!

  Called to enquire about repairs needed following a failed MOT, noted the limit of the amount of time I had for a retest. Chase up at least three times, and was told every single time a quote was being done. Still don’t have a quote, it’s been five days since we originally called. It would be preferable to just be told the job cannot be done, so we can look at other options.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but feel I need to on this occasion due to the outstanding customer experience I received from this company. I had an issue with my car and was told by my usual mechanic that I needed a wheel bearing replacement, but he could not do the job, so I went to these guys. It turned out to be a much bigger job; the part was completely worn out and several other things also needed doing to make my car safe to drive. They sent me WhatsApp videos showing the problem, then called and explained everything in detail. The communication was excellent. I was worried about the cost, and I think they could sense this over the phone. On this occasion, they agreed to cap the labour cost at two hours to help, even though I know they were working on my car for much longer than this. My car was ready to collect the same day and the problem was fixed, it is now driving like a dream. In summary, these guys are honest and a pleasure to deal with. The communication is amazing. Thank you.
