  The headstone Pullins fitted on my dad's grave was a disgrace! The headstone was faulty, with visibly slanted lettering and inconsistent spacing between the letters and words. It looked awful and caused my family enormous distress at an already difficult time. Instead of dealing with the issue professionally or with any sensitivity, Pullins were dismissive, unhelpful and repeatedly refused to provide a refund. Disappointingly I was left with no choice but to submit a Small Claims Court application and it was only because I started the process that they finally paid me back to avoid a court hearing. I had initially been impressed with Pullins because Veronica, who I dealt with at the showroom, was extremely pleasant and helpful; however unfortunately she is not a true representation of the business. I have been left traumatised by the whole experience of dealing with Pullins. The lack of dignity, empathy, and sensitivity we experienced was totally unacceptable and we've not even had an apology for the distress caused. I would not recommend Pullins to anyone who wants their loved one's memorial treated with respect. A memorial of someone's life should be treated with the upmost dignity and care. No family grieving a loved one should have to go through this. Avoid Pullins at all cost!
