  I have been going to CeX stores for many years as a collector, but I am lucky to have the best store with the best staff on my doorstep, they are always friendly and always willing to help.

  “We buy games for CASH” Except you never have any CASH in the store Over 3hours waiting for cash Complete joke for a store, if the cash goes below a certain amount it should be topped up instead letting it go to nothing and have customers waiting and waiting several times, this has happened previously also. Edit to just add This was first thing in the morning when it opened, We got told it would be 20 mins to test the device, we then came back and said for cash they would need to contact manager as they have no cash… when they have just opened. So then got told again to come back later so the staff could get manager and then get cash, so we went done shopping (over 2hrs) then came back. Then the staff said we still don’t have any cash Why would I be sent away then to return after substantial time to be then told to leave again so he can go out again and get cash again. I said no we’ve waited over 2 hours already, he then went out and got cash while we waited in the store If your store goes below X amount of money why would you be allowing it to go to “pennies” (staffs wording) in the safe? Surely if it goes below x amount it should be topped up first thing on shift? Because that’s when we was there when it opened. So disorganised for a team, complete joke of a staff team.
