Only care about business no people value here. My daughter written something on my nintendo switch so they reduced 15 pounds. They already giving low price for our products once again they reducing money for this reasons. We have no option when we have finance issues. Thats the reason we are coming g here and selling our items. We r not selling this for business.

Wouldn’t even give it a star if it let me but I wouldn’t bother me and my boyfriend took a ps4 and an x box and here today and the man was so rude saying we had opened the x box when we haven’t like we don’t even know how to do that and his manners was unprofessional and then says we have to wait 40 mins to check and then go back and for him to say nothing works when it does work as we just wanted to get rid of it as it’s not used and we made sure nothing was wrong with it turns on and everything and he stared at my boyfriend when he went in and said nothing works. He was absolutely rude wouldn’t recommend the place at all and seems like other people have had the same problem with this place!

Frequent visitor to cex regularly using solihull ,Bromsgrove , Kings Heath, Northfield. Went to Acocks Green for the 1st time today and can only back up other reviews i have read . At 1st i was impressed at the amount of stock and well presented store. Went to get served girl did not want customers no interest in the job just absolute tooth pulling experience. After having 12 items out of 18 refused i was given my voucher . Didnt even have too sign for goods traded .I.walked out and quick drive to solihull store .where i was greeted with friendly cheerful staff. The same items were taken off off me voucher issued after id signed for them.Total different experience actual people doing what there paid for Acocks Green needs sorting there going to be costing CEX money with such poor staff

I went to this store a while back, I went to purchase a phone for my niece, while I was there, my niece couldn't make her mind up, so I sent her a video of the phones that are available on what's app, one of the female staff members came up to me and said what do you think you're doing in a patronising manner, I simply replied please get away from me as her tone was very aggressive, things just got worse, she started yelling at me and the staff had their heads leaped over, I told them I'm purchasing a phone for my niece and I was making a video to send her because she was indecisive, however all the staff kept yelling was get out or we call the police, I replied call the police as I haven't commited a crime, now what I find ironic about this ordeal, the manager wasn't even trying to listen me as I explained to him what happed and if recording is not allowed that's absolutely fine but she literally came at me in an aggressive manner stating what do you think you're doing, I advise management, in situations like these, you're meant to be objective and try diffusing the dispute instead of adding fuel to the fire. When your staff are wrong, they should be told they're wrong as it customers who pay your wages, especially when it's your staff that's being rude and patronising.
