I was let down by one of the big carpet companies for a carpet repair/replace job, and I reached out to a few local companies in need of help before putting my house on the market. Justin squeezed me in on a morning he was nearby, managed to repair the patch that was needed and meant carpets didn't need ripping up and replacing. He didn't even let me pay him for his troubles, just asked me to bear him in mind for the future, which I absolutely will when in my hew house. Thank you so much!

Totally professional service from Justin. Was extremely helpful helping me to decide upon new flooring for a recent loft conversion. Plenty of samples provided initially from home visit,to help me decide. Spoilt for choice but then made appointment to visit his showroom. Returned with more samples. Still I couldn’t decide so Justin delivered to my home yet another sample that initially I’d decided against. That proved to be the one! His patience was exemplary with me and no hard sell- just plenty of advice. We are thrilled with the Karndean flooring that was laid to perfection. The room wasn’t square but Justin and his team did a superb job. Communication was always great. I’d go nowhere else. Highly recommended.

Justin provides a truly 5 star service. He has laid different types of flooring for us, with a patient approach that I’m tempted to say is perfectionist. Always turning up on time and thoroughly professional in all ways. Great help with the original choosing from hundreds of samples! Excellent value for money. Thank you Justin.

Justin and his lovely wife are terrific people. They are very good at what they do and provide an excellent service. Justin laid an Amtico floor in my last house in a room of 60s.m it was stunning. He was painstaking and it showed in the end result. I have used them for every room in my last house and in my present house. I would not go anywhere else.
