  Very poor experience trying to arrange viewings with this agency. Sent multiple emails and portal enquiries regarding an advertised property, all of which were completely ignored without a single response or callback. It is deeply frustrating as a proceedable buyer to be shut out of viewings, and it does a huge disservice to their vendors whose homes aren't being shown to interested purchasers. If you want transparent communication and proactive agents, look elsewhere."

  We recently bought a property through Nina's. The team went above and beyond to help us. If it wasn't for the proactive, knowledgeable and empathetic approach, we're not sure the purchase would have happened. The service really was outstanding. The team really care and we so appreciated their support throughout.

  The whole team at Nina were fantastic in the lead up to us moving into a new home; They had no issue with us wanting to do viewings and were fantastic and answering any questions we had.

  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. As first time buyers, we werent sure of the process, but ninas kept us informed and offered advice every step of the way. Walking into their office to collect the keys to our new home with a round of applause from all staff put the cherry on the cake. Amazing service

  I can't fault Nina and the guys in the office, I've purchased the last 3 properties from them SMS it's always been 5 star service from valuation to completion. Keep up the good work.
