  Visited today to buy a broadband but they need to sell what they want not to the customer need. Very bad experience and bad customer service. Gisell was the host

  My mum came down and was able to get a new phone that met all her specifications and was cheaper than her old contract with EE despite being a newer model with more storage. She commends Michael who helped her with the purchase and informed her of all available deals. He was professional, patient and detailed orientated. Fantastic customer service

  Worst customer service you will get all over London, they don't even know what they are doing. Doesn't even want to entertain customers and talk to them,keep them passing through each other. There was a customer before me and the staff member was not able to convince him to get a plan and when the customer left the staff starting talking bad about him with the other staff while i was sitting there. Didn't even gave me any suggestion as i was having some issues online, literally said me to leave.
