We had to have a new boiler fitted to a property we will be moving into in Sywell. Not only did a great job with incredibly polite workers, all rubbish was cleared, they even fixed a problem that appeared 2 days later. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Asked them to take a look at our boiler that had a water leak but was working perfectly fine apart from that. I even had the part that needed fitting.
Now all of a sudden it's completely broken and needs a new PCB after their engineer obviously broke it. Now told we need a complete new boiler!!
Don't trust them at all. Will be speaking with trading standards. We have been left with no heating or hot water and 2 children in the house!

No longer the family business that it’s reputation was built on.
My in-laws recommended this firm 20 years ago having used them regularly for some 20 years before that. My recent experience has been unsatisfactory and following a check on companies house, it seems the original family are no longer directors.
I have given 2 stars as the engineers were polite enough and the company director did address my initial invoice query and offered a partial credit.
However, there is a lack of understanding and training when it comes to smart home automation and the internal job sheet process requires a review as communication between the engineers and finance team is poor.
No point me going into detail here but in summary, I’ve received 5 visits, I’m just shy of £600 down, the issue has not been resolved, and I’m awaiting a quote for what I understand to be an expensive solution. It’s been three weeks now and I’ve not heard back about the quote, perhaps because I settled the other invoices.
Our First time using this firm after being let down by others and will certainly make it our go to one in the future the engineer was very thorough and helpful over a problem with one of the fires nothing to much trouble can highly recommend
