  After trying a very local window company to come along and assess a service package along with x2 replacement of blown glass units to no avail - not replying to emails. I ventured into the internet once more and found Glass Supplies in Tunbridge Wells. A quick email was sent to ask if interested or if work was appropriate which was answered very swiftly by Tracey, followed by a phone call to book an on-site inspection at a convenient date for both parties. Grant came and assessed - honest discussion was had about the work leading me for opting to carry out some small cleaning duties and lubricating which would save Glass Supplies time and us money. Appointment booked for on-site work where Lee attended, we had a chat and a walkthrough to reassess and confirm what was on his list to complete. Very respectful in his delivery and manner. All work completed with no hiccups and plenty of good communication throughout. Would use again at the drop of a hat, thank you all.

  We had Grant come over for a design visit to recommended what would work well in our space. Well worth it as we had some ideas but wanted a professional opinion. Communication via email to arrange dates and receive the design quote with Tracey was great, she was fast to respond and provided all the info we needed. On the day Grant did an amazing job, really skilled and efficient. We love the outcome of the custom glass shower enclosure in our en-suite, highly recommend and will be in touch again to do our downstairs bathroom in the future!

  Excellent service, on time , clean and we're very pleased with the result. we saw this company working elsewhere and asked him to pop in, having ,already, been told the job was impossible. All done a very happy customer :)
