  Excellent service from Mark at A One Home Improvements. Matthew and Morgan the fitters were highly professional, very respectful and hard working. Our new windows, front door and patio doors are perfect. Highly recommend this company.

  Would not recommend this company. Staff are not pleasant or safe and would not trust them inside my home. The company chose not to respond when I politely contacted them via email. Very disappointing. Edit: in response to Mark's calm and professional response below, this email was sent on the 20th March and has never replied to my email or its follow up. The complaint is NOT about this but the behaviour of his staff.

  French doors and a window fitted. From start to finish, nothing but professional and the two lads fitting were brilliant - Matthew & Morgan. Mark came out initially and sized up and followed up with quote and all done in very good time. Very impressed and now waiting for the next job they’re coming back for in a few weeks. Thanks guys - FIVE stars all the way.

  Had Mark and his team in to put a lightweight tile roof on our conservatory, and to install new windows and French doors. From the start Mark was honest and straight forward to deal with, which was refreshing compared to sales heavy techniques of others we had quote for the job. We are delighted with the results, it's been transformative and has given us an extra usable room. All the workers were polite and took pride in the work being done. They were always on time, starting early which meant the project started at completed on time. Wouldn't hesitate to have Mark do further work for us in the future, couldn't recommend highly enough.
