- HSHusna SaqibDec 15, 20251.0I had such a bag experience. It’s such a big scam.EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE AWARE OF THE BROADBRAND SCAM. he was like it’s amazing and this many advice work on it. We literally tried it for 20 minutes and then closed it and put it back in the box as it wasn’t working, the devices weren’t connecting. When we went in store to tell them, they told us what to do and it was online. We called them and they were like we had to pay £369 just to cancel it before. It’s been in the box since the day we bought it home and they still charging us, the advisor didn’t say anything about the cancelling fees; he just spoke about how it was perfect etc.didnt give the right information and just leave you with a big amount of £369 cancelling fees. we have been with them for years and they do this to us. At least give the right advice when people come to you to buy.
