  This reivew is not for the work as I never used them, but rather the fact that they state on their website "Duncan and Son offers a complete range of building services in Southwold and the surrounding areas of Suffolk." But they dont cover Carlton Colville which is in Suffolk and 20mins away from Southwold. Now, if you say you offer services in Suffolk then mean it! Perhaps they didnt want the work or the job was too small. Annoyed by this and find it unprofessional to offer services and then not follow through.

  Excellent quality work-Paul the Buildings Manager is superb. Don't listen-it's not expensive!
