The previous day the main 3Mobile tech support team had me on the phone for nearly 2 hours but could not help resolve my issue (not receiving or making calls) telling me to go to my local store. I was told to visit a store, and the nearest one was in Solihull. I made the trip and arrived just before 9am, expecting it to open at 9:30 as listed on Google. By 9:55, the store still hadn’t opened. No sign, no update, nothing. I wasted my time and petrol making that journey based on incorrect information and poor guidance from customer service.
