  Very good service. I went in there the other day to look for an Amazon fire stick. Wasn’t sure which one to buy. A member of staff was really helpful and knowledgeable.

  I went in today to sell my Nintendo Switch OLED 64GB (Unboxed), a Nintendo Switch offical Micro SD card and some miscellaneous games for cash. The games were sold without a problem, but I was told that they couldn't take the Nintendo Switch without the accessories. Although disappointing, I can understand. However, it doesn't say anywhere on the website that they can't take the console by itself and all accessories are needed for it to be sold. If feel like this would be a very obvious thing to include to avoid inevitable frustration from customers. I had a similar problem trying to sell an Xbox One here a few weeks ago. It doesn't say anywhere that a controller must be sold with the console in order for them to take it on the website, which left me frustrated then too. They said they needed to test the Nintendo Switch offical Micro SD card and it would be 15 minutes, which I was happy to wait for. Once I came back, they said the test had failed despite there being absolutely nothing wrong with it. When I asked if they tested it using a Nintendo Switch, they said no and told me they tested it on a computer. A Micro SD card that can only read Nintendo Switch games doesn't work on a computer? Who could've predicted such an unforeseeable circumstance to occur! It's almost like they weren't made to be used with a PC... Despite being a regular customer of CeX for 15 years, I no longer trust the brand and will take my custom elsewhere. I hope my freshly destroyed loyalty card doesn't get too lonely at the bottom of my bin.
