  Robin completed a survey on a potential purchase for us in Winchester. Faultless from start to end. Booking was easy and facilitated in a matter of weeks, the survey was returned incredibly fast and Robin was on hand to answer calls and guide through any concerns. Strongly recommend.

  Not worth a 1 star. This company was very negligent in it's survey. My house had asbestos in two places, they didn't pick it up from one place and they didn't even bother looking in the airing cupboard. Not only has this been very expensive it has been a nightmare AVOID this company - their survey is not worth the paper it's written on. 😡

  I was very delighted with every aspect of my dealings with Robin Austin Surveyors. The office staff were friendly and helpful and all arrangements prior to the survey were made simply and efficiently. I was buying a 1900 victorian cottage and opted for a building survey. The 36 page report was highly detailed but very readable. It allowed me to make informed decisions regarding a wide range of repair work which I could then discuss with specialist contractors at a later date. The report also gave excellent guidance and advice regarding how best to keep the property in a good condition. I spoke at length with Robin having received the report and he was very happy to answer any questions I had. He also gave me a great deal of professional advice regarding how best to proceed which gave me a lot of reassurance. I cannot thank Robin and his team enough and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

  Really not a bad job for my friend. I think Robin Austin tries his best.
