    Do not order from this place! Ordered a bouquet of flowers for an anniversary. My heart sank when they arrived. They were awful. They were a mish mash of flowers with a large twig in the middle. The edges of the roses were already going the day they arrived. . I appreciate roses don’t last that long but the other flowers started to die the next day. They didn’t last a week! Yes the stems were cut on arrival and put in water as per instructions. I have had plenty of flowers from elsewhere that lasted a lot longer than a week! We complained to the shop, 2 days after arrival and staff were unable to issue a refund. Why would you want another bouquet when the moment has passed? I sent the owner photos of the so called bouquet via his business WhatsApp , but he was most put out because he was on holiday and would sort on his return two weeks later. He said they were just a bunch of flowers after all. He refused to issue a refund. He said the consumer act didn’t apply. Oh yes it does! A nice apology and a refund would have been sufficient, but you are dealing with a rude and arrogant owner, who doesn’t understand customer service.
