  There is only one way to describe the service and support that was provided to me by Amelia Bohills in negotiating my financial settlement following my divorce and that is exceptional. Amelia's legal knowledge, tenacity and professionalism, together with humour in the lowest of times, was both evident and abundant throughout the legal roller coaster of the negotiation. Both robust and empathetic, Amelia was able to relieve the stress and emotional burden from my shoulders leading to a fair and equitable settlement, which I otherwise would not have achieved. I cannot recommend Amelia highly enough to represent you if you are faced with the trauma and challenges of a family breakdown that necessitate legal advice and intervention. I will be forever thankful.

  Amelia was god-sent at the time I met her. I don't know what the past 2 years would have been like without her support. Her grounding presence means that when my anxieties kick in, I can trust her level-headed approach and sound advice. She is also fun and uses humour to make challenging situations easier to bear. I could not have asked for a better solicitor in handing my divorce settlement. I highly recommend Amelia and her practice. She is a joy to work with and highly credible.   Amelia has acted for me over the last couple of years, whilst I was fighting to secure 50/50 access for my two daughters. I can’t praise her work enough. She was determined and relentless in both her support and approach, especially when dealing with the other side, who’s primary objective was to delay and unnecessarily complicate matters. Amelia has a way of predicting problems and employing a strategy to immediately counteract any issue to ensure your case keeps moving forward at pace. She has a great network of barristers and on all occasions was able to appoint the most appropriate barrister to argue my case. Her ability to ‘read the other side’ at all times and in effect, ‘use their own strategies against them’ is first class. My two daughters now benefit from an equal relationship with both their parents which is down to Amelia’s hard work and dedication. I would unreservedly recommend her services to anyone who may be in need of a family lawyer. I can’t thank her enough.
