  I had a great experience at the Three store on Reading High Street, thanks to Bri. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I was having a technical issue with my eSIM, and she quickly understood the problem and resolved it by providing me with a new physical SIM at no extra cost. Bri took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Team members like her really make a difference and reflect positively on Three’s brand. I’m very grateful for her excellent service.

  I experienced racism from their staffs Rosh and Bri. Rosh was gossiping another colleague while attending to us- this is the highest form of lack of professionalism. They kept asking us to go back and bring different things despite the fact that I had a 5 month old baby with me, when my husband expressed our displeasure at the service the gave, she couldn’t apologise. It was clear that they are bunch of racist, it’s very unfortunate that I have been using their service for the past 5 years, this is my first time coming to their physical office, and I must say I am highly disappointed.

  I’ve been a customer for eight years, and throughout that time the staff have consistently been very customer-focused. They always take the time to understand my requirements and needs, and then work to find the best deal that fits what I’m looking for. Every time I contact Three, I’m reminded why I continue to stay with them. The level of service from the team is consistently high, and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing what’s best for the customer. That approach not only benefits customers but also reflects well on the whole team and the company as a whole. Today, Rosh once again maintained that high standard of service. She was professional, friendly, and made the process simple and straightforward. She took the time to review the deals available and matched them to my requirements, ultimately offering a deal that was perfect for me. Because the offer suited my needs so well, it was an easy and immediate yes. This is exactly why I keep coming back to renew my services with Three. When a company consistently puts the customer first, it shows in the quality of service and the standards of the team. Rosh provided a great example of why customers continue to return. Excellent service 10/10.

  Three is the worst network ever. I was their customer in 2013. Since leaving them they're calling me every 3 months, there is literally no way to stop them, tried to ask them nicely to take me off their call list, threatened with legal action. If anyone has any idea I'm open to suggestions
