- DDDavidJun 25, 20252.0I went to the store today,as my phone was not working,a rep there told me,with just a glance that the phone was trash,put it in the bin,I asked him why,he just repeated that it was trash put it in the bin,I again asked why,hopeing for a sensible reasoned answer. he asked me to leave the shop,as I was being aggressive,I was not,I asked for a reason,he said that he did not need to give one.I went to an independent store,the gent spent a few minutes with my phone,put in a SIM from another provider,the phone worked.he said it was a problem with 3.this evening the phone,when I tried it works as well as it always has.i think that the rep from 3 was the item that should be in the bin,it was 2 30 is today,please check the CCTV,
