  Our door lock broke & we thought that we would need a locksmith to replace the whole lock. We first spoke to the boss/owner who advised us that we just needed to replace the barrel - he really went out of his way to help. I returned for a little more assistance &, this time, Steve & William also went out of their way to help. The lock works great & they have saved us a small fortune.

  From my initial contact with NLS through to completion of job by highly skilled locksmith their customer service was most courteous and efficient at all times. I would highly recommend NLS.

  Services are open 8:30 to 17:00. Would be nice if I had seen that, as opposed to the 24 hrs posted online. Please seperate it. Everything else was okay. Courteous service. I'm impressed. Speedy

  Amazing experience ! I lost my keys and needed to change the lock . I was answered quickly on the phone and a locksmith came out within an hour . He went through all the options and advised me . Tidy job done . Great staff and reasonable prices !

  Rang them up to change 2 pvc door locks. Upgrade, Inc VAT and visit £150. Used this company before. Sent chap out as a cancellation. With in a hr, although not urgent. Did a great job, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. Presented with old locks. Would recommend.
