  I ordered a replacement head for my Henry Quick. The staff were very helpful and it was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, there was an issue with it. As soon as I contacted the shop, the staff went out of their way to send a replacement and check that everything was alright. This is first class service! I won't hesitate to use them again and I will be recommending them to anyone. Thank you for making the transaction a pleasent and enjoyable one!

  Amazing service from Mick Radford Electrical, ordered a part for my Shark vacuum cleaner yesterday and bearing in mind I live miles away in Southampton I received the part at lunchtime today. Even local companies to me could not get this part to me earlier than this company. Fast, efficient and extremely friendly service. Great company to deal with. Highly recommended.
