They came out the very next day and identified the problem straight away — the main drain was blocked. They cleared it quickly and also cleared a small drain at the back of the house at no extra charge, which was really appreciated. Tommy was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Excellent service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them.
