  I purchased a 2and3 seat reclining sofas within 2 months of very light use the filling started to sag I contacted the manufacturer and reported it they said their engineer would call and gave me a reference number This never happened and after umpteen emails and phone calls 📞 still nothing which left me with a problem how do I prove my case for a repair or refund under the sale of goods act . I looked online for the answer and found a few companies but reading his website decided to give Diamond a try I called him and he reassured me that he could be of help I commissioned him to do a report for section 75 or small claims court and drew the papers up Diamond turned up at the time given and I explained the problem he gave the sofas a intensive examination and discovered umpteen faults with the Manufacturer that I had not seen and to be totally honest probably wouldn't have seen including Health and Safety issues which could have been devastating to young children or pets as their legs could disappear into the reclining mechanism and as you got up off the seat this would pin there leg with the cushion springing back into place the report was damming and gave me the confidence to proceed with the claim via section 75 which was upheld and even the cost of his report was refunded I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone in the same position he is knowledgeable and a true tradesperson which is hard to find nowadays Thank you so much for your help in this matter very much appreciated

  Utterly unprofessional, I provided all the relevant details as requested, I was first quoted one price and then out of nowhere another with no justification

  Diamond Restoration has not been located at the address given above (164 Whalley Rd, M16 8AW) since June 2008 and has been located at Rhedyn Coch Bach, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll LL61 6SU, ever since. I have stopped trying to persuade Google Maps to move the locator, as Mr Diamond Munoz insists on leaving this false address, fraudulently, upon his website. That speaks volumes about the business's integrity! He might be a brilliant furniture restorer, for all I know, but he's not worked from this address for 17 years!

  Had a twenty year old oak dining table and bench revarnished! Looks amazing now! Can’t fault the service. ❤️

  Excellent! My piano needed some serious restoration work owing to sun fading on some of the cabinetry panels. Diamond sorted it out for me brilliantly, and my piano now looks superb. A true craftsman - thank you, Diamond.
