  Very pleased with the whole process! My request to book my kitty in to get neutered was dealt with promptly and communication was very clear via PetsApp. Post-op care and expectations were explained thoroughly before and after the procedure. Complementary post-op assessment was also appreciated. Great team! I would definitely recommend Two by Two vets to anyone with a furry friend!

  Disappointing experience with this practice while caring for our elderly diabetic cat. We were given incorrect expectations on test results, had to chase for updates, and only received results after submitting a complaint. When raising concerns, we were given an account that did not reflect our experience, with no acknowledgement of the stress caused or apology. Poor communication and organisation made an already difficult situation worse. If your pet needs ongoing care I would consider a different local vet.
