  I've been a "Three" customer for five years, but after yesterday's visit, I'll probably switch mobile phone companies. Their service is so poor that it doesn't even deserve one star, and the company name should be changed from a "three" to a "zero"; that would be more accurate. I used to be able to buy a data pack online, which was much more convenient, but this option disappeared around June of last year. Now I have to go to the office every month to top up my phone; it's far away, takes up my time, and costs me transportation. Meanwhile, the staff very rudely refused to serve me yesterday, leaving me without mobile service! Last month, this office was open until 9 PM. I didn't know the hours had changed, and I was also delayed by the fact that one of the Brent Cross lifts was out of order. However, I still arrived five minutes before closing and explained that I only needed to top up my phone. There was only one employee and customers in the store; there were no staff at the counter. The woman who was talking to customers rudely told me they were closed. I refused to leave. Another woman came out, and she was also extremely rude and also refused to help me. Since she wasn't wearing a name badge, I started recording the conversation with my phone, but she tried to stop me from filming and even tryed to touched my phone. I reported it to the police because I suspect a hate crime. Both employees also laughed at me, and the second employee also filmed me. Both of these women should no longer work there. This is the most disappointing experience I've had with this company in five years.

  Extremely Disappointed – Misguided, Disrespected, and Treated Rudely by Staff at This Branch I have been a loyal Three customer for over four years, and I have never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and misleading behaviour from any branch until I visited this particular store. The staff here seriously damaged my trust in the company and ruined the experience completely. From the moment I entered, the staff behaved with arrogance and zero customer service skills. Instead of helping, they were laughing at customers, making rude comments, and even telling people to “first learn English.” This is not only disrespectful but completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. I was given wrong information about the product I wanted to purchase. When I politely asked for the full details of the plan, the staff refused to provide explanations and became even more rude. Other Three branches explained everything clearly before I bought anything, so their refusal shows either lack of knowledge or intentional misguiding to force customers into buying something they don’t fully understand. When I pointed out the misinformation and asked them not to misguide me, one of the staff members started arguing, making excuses for their mistakes, and then shockingly told me to leave the store. At one point, I was even told to “get lost.” I have never seen such behaviour in any professional environment. The attitude, arrogance, and disrespect displayed by the staff—especially the girls working there—were unbelievable. They acted as if they owned the place, made fun of customers, and showed no willingness to help. Because of just a few untrained and rude people, the entire store’s reputation is suffering.

  Yaz was great help, quickly got us going with a new phone and sim all in under 30 minutes. Explained everything clearly and even helped set up. 10/10 thank you!!!
