Son lo peor de todas las compañias, el 28 de abril hice un contrato para obtener un telefono y hasta el dia de hoy no me lo entregan, 3 semanas en espera. Y voy a la tienda y solo saben decir llama a servicio al cliente. Ellos no pueden solucionarlo. Son unos estafadores

I’ve been a loyal customer of Three UK for almost 3 years on a business contract, paying my bills on time, so being rejected when trying to upgrade/get a new phone was extremely disappointing. There was no proper explanation or consideration for my history as a long-term customer. It feels like loyalty means nothing. The process was frustrating, impersonal, and left me seriously questioning whether to stay with Three after this experience.

Pésima atención al cliente por parte de SAMUEL. Acudí a la tienda para informarme sobre las tarifas sociales (Social Tariff) y el trato fue humillante. No solo demostró una falta total de conocimiento sobre los productos de su propia empresa, sino que fue extremadamente borde y desagradable, casi le faltaba invitarme a salir del establecimiento. Es una vergüenza que alguien con tan poca gana de trabajar y tan mala educación esté de cara al público. Si no sabe informar, que pregunte a su manager, pero que no trate así a los clientes que buscan ayuda teniendo el no en la boca como respuesta
Extremely poor customer service from SAMUEL. I visited the store to ask about Social Tariffs as I am currently on Universal Credit. The treatment I received was humiliating. Not only did he show a complete lack of knowledge about his own company's products, but he was also incredibly rude and dismissive, practically telling me to leave the shop. It is a disgrace that someone with such a bad attitude and zero willingness to help is working in customer service. If he doesn't know the information, he should ask a manager instead of being disrespectful to customers. Management needs to take action.

I've been without internet for almost a week, and my payments are up to date. I went to the office, and the staff provides terrible service; they have a bad attitude toward customer service.
