  During a recent visit to the store to replace my SIM card, a new contract was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I was accompanied by my toddler at the time, and the staff member at the service counter asked numerous questions, which I believed were related solely to the SIM replacement. It was only three months later that I discovered I had been paying for a service I neither requested nor agreed to. This conduct is highly misleading and demonstrates a concerning lack of transparency towards customers. Will be changing from 3 to EE.

  Excellent customer service: Richard and his team have been extremely helpful to set us up with Home Broadband from visiting the store to up and running at home in 3 hours.
