I went to this store to get help upgrading my phone. The manager, Abdul, who claims to have worked there for three years, provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of offering solutions, he was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and rude.
Since I’m with Three Business, upgrades can only be processed after approval through customer service, but Abdul didn’t even try to assist with this process. Instead, he bluntly told me, *“Then you can leave,”* and suggested that I should just buy a phone from another company.
During the interaction, he **kept pointing his finger at me in an aggressive manner**, which is completely unacceptable — you do not point your finger at customers while speaking to them. His attitude was arrogant, and he showed no willingness to help or to explain anything professionally.
I am beyond disappointed and would never recommend this store. If you’re looking for assistance or even basic respect as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
