  I went in with a slipped disc in my lower back. The treatment from Gervais I got was excellent and made a massive difference in my recovery.

  I’ve had a problem with my hip flexor for a long time now, and through a series of sessions with Gervais and rehabilitation exercises the pain has almost completely gone. Could not recommend him more, he was knowledgable, professional and friendly and the treatments varied from massage to acupuncture to chiropractic. It was a pleasure!

  I highly recommend John. I first came to see him with severe neck and shoulder pain which was limiting movement in my neck. Having suffered with this, intermittently, for many years I found John as the pain had become unbearable. After the first session I experienced significant improvements and within 4-5 sessions, alongside a couple of targeted exercises that I could do at home, I was feeling better than I had done in years. My treatment involved a mixture of osteopathy, acupuncture and cranial sacral osteopathy and I’ve found such help in that, that I continue to see John monthly as part of a ‘maintenance’ regimen, even though my original reason for seeing him has been dealt with! Highly, highly recommend!

  I can’t recommend this place enough! I went in having hardly any range of motion in my neck and within 2 sessions Gervais got me back to normal and even with more range of motion than I had before. Very happy with this experience
