  Very disappointing experience with Home Builder London Ltd. Communication was poor throughout the project, deadlines were constantly missed, and the quality of work did not meet expectations. Several issues had to be corrected multiple times, which caused unnecessary stress and extra costs. Customer service was also unhelpful when concerns were raised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  Homebuilder London did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. We undertook a full gut and replacement, including underfloor heating, cabinet fitting, plastering, decorating, rebuilding the roof on our bay window, and complete electrical rewiring – all delivered to a really high standard. The team were a pleasure to have around: professional, friendly, and always happy to help. They were also brilliant at coordinating with other trades, liaising seamlessly with the flooring, window, and worktop fitters to keep everything running smoothly. Really impressed with both the quality of the work and how easy they were to work with. Would absolutely recommend these guys and would happily work with them again in future.

  These guys are not your ordinary builders. My husband and I renovated our entire flat and it was finished in 7 weeks. From start to finish they were exceptional. Not only are the guys genuinely great people, but they’re tidy, considerate, fairly priced, and incredibly communicative. Leandro set up a group chat for us with Eduardo, who oversaw the site management, and it made day‑to‑day planning effortless. Eduardo was always available to offer advice, kept us on track with ordering materials and sent daily photo updates so we could see the progress unfold. You could tell the guys were genuinely excited about the transformation and took real pride in their work. We replaced our old floors with wood herringbone, which Eduardo supplied through his flooring company (The Flooring Empire). The result is absolutely stunning—and very fairly priced. The team even dismantled our furniture so it wouldn’t get in the way, then rebuilt everything for us once the flooring was complete. Their attention to detail is incredible, and nothing is ever too much trouble. After a terrible experience with a post‑renovation cleaning company, Eduardo had his trusted cleaners at our flat within 30 minutes. When they were done, the place was spotless—you’d never have known we’d just had major building work. Julio even stayed late one evening to help fix our broken WiFi. If you need a builder and don’t hire these guys, you’re making a big mistake. My sister was renovating at the same time as me and had a very different experience - as she said to me, “your builders are one of a kind!”. They really are. We’re genuinely going to miss seeing the team every day.

  Leandro and his team did an incredible job with our living room and hallway renovation. Everything was done with great attention to detail and high quality finish. Leandro is reliable and a person you can fully trust to deliver your project
