  Loretta is a first-class teacher who exudes positivity and professionalism. Every session was both relaxing and developmental. She helped me to tackle exam nerves, improve my form when exercising and build day to day resilience in just a few sessions. Would highly recommend.

  This Alexander Centre is the best place to go for someone who wants to experience this powerful technique. This technique is beneficial to both your physical and mental health. Having lessons with one of their teachers, Lorreta, for nearly 5 years, I have learnt not only how to deal with different levels/kinds of stress, but also how to be more aware of my own mental status. Great location and friendly but professional atmosphere!

  A very pleasant place in a convenient central location. I have been Alan's pupil for a couple of years and he is a truly great teacher.

  I highly recommend Natacha Osorio and the Alexander Technique as a very powerful way to work on posture through calm and mindfulness. I came after the recommendation of my singing teacher, to improve my posture and my breathing flow. I absolutely recommend it!
