  Great taxis and service. Usually want cash only but will take card but make sure you check.

  Good drive, it was on time for an early transfer to the train station. They said on the phone that you could pay either card or cash, your choice. However, when they arrived, the driver said he forgot the card machine and that he would drive us to get cash from a machine. This is stressful at 4am, as we had to catch a train to the airport, and it felt a bit dishonest - like cash was preferred as they will be more likely to keep your change. It overall didn’t affect the journey much but I’m not sure I would go with them again.

  Barnes cars booked by Selwyn hotel from Richmond to Mortlake Crematorium, under 2 miles and 10 mins, charged £39 including £3 surcharge if not cash. On both counts total bandits.
